Kpop Boy Groups with 5 Members

This is a list with Kpop Boy Groups that have 5 Members.

From the current active groups, some of the most famous K-Pop boy groups that have 5 members are NU’EST, TXT, DAY6 and CIX. NU’EST, TXT and CIX had always 5 members, although NU’EST performed with 4 members as NU’EST W while Minhyun was in Wanna One. DAY6 debuted as 6 but after less than a year, continued as 5.

SHINee debuted as 5 and continue as 4 after Jonghyun’s passing. BIG BANG were a 5 member group until Seungri left the group and the entertainment business because of the Burning Sun scandal. For the same reason FTISLAND are now 4 instead of 5.

BEAST debuted as a 6-member group, and after Hyunseung left they were a 5 member group. When they left Cube, they rebranded as 5 member group Highlight, until Junhyung departed from the group for his part in the Burning Sun scandal.

B1A4 debuted and promoted as 5, and as 3 of them have resigned they are now considered a 3-member group.  Teen Top had most of their promotions as 6, but they became a 5-member group when L.Joe left.

MBLAQ promoted for most of their career with their original 5 members, and had some releases as 3. B.I.G are a 5 member boy group but had some promotions as 4.
