NU’EST (뉴이스트) was a 5 member boy band formed by Pledis Entertainment. The NU’EST members are JR, Aron, Baekho, Minhyun, and Ren.
NU’EST debuted on March 15, 2012, with the digital single “Face”.
The name NU’EST is short for New Establish Style and Tempo. Their fanclub name is L.O.Λ.E.
NU’EST members R, Baekho, Minhyun and Ren participated in Produce 101 Season 2. Member Minhyun was part of the winning group (Wanna One), and the rest of NU’EST members continued as NU’EST W while Minhyun was promoting with Wanna One.
After Minhyun joined the group again, it was reported (in February 2019) that NU’EST renewed their contracts. On April 29, 2020 they released their 6th EP titled Happily Ever After, with the song Bet Bet being the title track.
NU’EST disbanded on March 15, 2022, 10 years after their debut,
