J-Hope (정호석) is the stage name of Jung Hoseok (정호석).

He was born in Gwangju, South Korea. He is a member of BTS, his roles in the group are sub rapper and main dancer.

Before debuting with BTS, J-Hope appeared in Jo Kwon’s solo stage Animal as featured rapper.

J-Hope’s promotes his solo works as j-hope (all lowercase). Some of his solo works are the songs Daydream (2018), Airplane (2018), Chicken Noodle Soup (feat. Becky G) (2019) and the MAP OF THE SOUL : 7 ‘Outro : Ego’ Comeback Trailer (2020)
