Suga (슈가, Syuga) is the stage name of Min Yoongi (민윤기, Min Yoon Gi), lead rapper of BTS. He also uses the stage name Agust D in his solo works.

According to him, the stage name Suga comes from the first syllables of Shooting Guard, his position in basketball when he was a student.

Suga was born in Daegu, South Korea.
