EXO (엑소) is a 9-member boy group from SM Entertainment. The Exo members are Xiumin, Suho, Lay, Baekhyun, Chen, Chanyeol, D.O, Kai and Sehun. The former EXO members are Kris, Luhan and Tao.

They debuted with the single Mama on April 8, 2012.

The EXO sub-groups are EXO-K (Suho, Baekhyun, Chanyeol, D.O, Kai and Sehun) and EXO-M (Xiumin, Lay, Chen, Kris, Luhan and Tao). In the earlier releases, EXO-K performed the Exo songs in Korean and EXO-M in Chinese. Beginning with the XOXO album EXO jointly promoted as one. EXO-CBX (Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin) is the first official sub-unit of EXO.
